Did you know what the world's first logo was?

The first logo in the world was a picture of a dog listening to a gramophone. The dog's name was Nipper.
One of the Barro family's brothers saw how much the dog loved listening to the Edison-Bell phonograph and decided to capture this moment by drawing a picture of "Dog Listening to the Phonograph."

In 1900, Marc Barrault's brother, Francis, took Nipper's drawing to a company that manufactured disk gramophones. The owners of the company liked the drawing very much and decided to produce their products with this image. But the original version of the drawing, which depicted a drum gramophone, was replaced by a disk gramophone. The drawing became the first trademark of the companies: "HMV music stores, RCA, Victor and HMV records. The company also began to produce records with the Nipper pattern.

Now the logo is used by the store's music channel HWV.
