It is thanks to this opportunity that people who step into a real estate agency usually know exactly where and for how much they want to buy a property. Many even have specific locations in mind that they want to see. Therefore, real estate agencies and brokers should also be active on the Internet.

Why is online advertising better than traditional advertising?

Both online and traditional housing advertising have to fulfill certain functions - informative, persuasive, and reminding. However, these forms are realized in different ways and methods.

Traditional advertising

For example, traditional advertising, i.e. in the local press (as well as on TV, radio, billboards or postcards), does not provide much space for display. Usually, we don't have much control over such a campaign - you can choose how it should look visually, its content, and the page where it should appear. The cost of the campaign should be planned before it is launched, and its future consequences should be assessed in advance. Such a campaign cannot be stopped, so there is a risk of damage. It also cannot control how many people or what kind of people see it. Nothing in a print ad can be deleted or changed in case of a mistake. And if we decide to use several forms of advertising, we won't be able to determine which one works best in our case.

Internet advertising

On the other hand, online advertising is a unique message that a potential customer can respond to. It is on the Internet that the user chooses which ads he or she wants to see more of - unlike traditional advertising, which he or she has no influence over. Online advertising is often billed only for the result (this applies to Google Ads), i.e. the number of website visits, contact forms filled out, etc. Displaying such ads is usually free. You can also determine its effect - you know exactly how many people saw it, how many decided to read the details, and how many ended up taking advantage of the offer. If you are not satisfied with the campaign, you can change some details or stop it completely. You can also send a notification to specific recipients who might be interested in the offer.
