PREHISTORY:

The owner of the mineral water brand turned to DaliWin Agency. The brand has been operating for a long time, but the goals were to promote on the All-Ukrainian market and go abroad. Previously, social networks were created, but not the right type. It was a human page, not a business page. We started with the analysis of the project, competitors and the market. Then we developed a promotion strategy, optimized social networks, prepared for traffic and started promoting.

PROJECT:

At the time of launch, there were no pages on social networks.

  8. Community management (posting, administration, spam removal, feedback, order processing).
  9. Attracting target subscribers.
  10. Sowing positive information about the brand and increasing customer loyalty.

PROCEDURE AND PROMOTION METHODS

We analyzed the project, competitors, market. Then they developed a promotion strategy, content plan, created pages on social networks.

Developed a content idea, content plan, started posting (1 post per day) + stories. The voice of the brand was maintained in the official key. Surveys, thematic articles, usefulness, expert opinion.

COMPETITIONS AND PROMOTIONS:

Developed an advertising campaign that lasted a month.

The condition was to collect promotional labels and send them by mail.

They developed souvenirs, which were prizes in the competition.

Every week we published the winners of the competition on the page.

CONCLUSIONS :

We have attracted more than 2,000 active target subscribers on the social network. Coverage and relevance of social networks have increased.
