HOW CALL TO ACTION HELPS US

In addition to the presence of a certain function on the site, a certain incentive, stimulus, motivation is important for the client. That's why we talk about Call to Action (or CTA). Examples of CTAs are banners, arrows, links, buttons, or just some image that you can interact with.

Customer attention spans can be quite short, so you need to support it with certain appeals that will become a bridge to the next step. Why is CTA so important for a website?

  • This allows you to keep the attention of a customer who would otherwise simply leave the site;
  • This can be a clue to the following actions (which will be difficult to refuse in a certain way)
  • This allows the customer to learn more about a particular product (and the effect of the first impression is at work here: if the CTA is attractive, it will definitely be noticed)

The following are examples of CTAs:

  • On websites selling books, you can read an excerpt from the book or get acquainted with its content;
  • On online trading platforms, these are banners with a presentation of a given product, a three-dimensional image of the product, or ultra-zoom.
  • On Rozetka's website, STA is also sold in the form of a "Buy a set" when an additional product is offered along with the main product, but at a discount;
  • Contact numbers or chatbots: If you have any questions, you can ask for help using the contact information provided;
