Before you change your BIO

An ideal customer profile (ICA) is a profile of someone who wants and needs exactly what you offer. If you define exactly what you offer on Instagram (everything!) and who you offer it to, the faster your ideal customer will feel like you're running an account just for them. They are also the person for whom you write your bio and create all other Instagram content. Questions you can ask yourself:
- Woman or man?
- Where does he live?
- How many years?
- Marital status?
- Children
- Education.
- What is he reading?
- What he does in his free time ...
- What is he struggling with? What keeps people awake at night
These are just examples of probing questions that will help you identify one person - your ideal client.
№2. Define your niche
The advantage of working in a niche attracts more followers. They say, "if you're all over the place, you're from nothing" - you won't attract followers who don't understand what you offer them.
№3. Include a call to action
Remember - not everyone who visits your Instagram profile will be your so-called "Follower". Nothing is lost, maybe a person has just visited you, is doing some research and is not ready to buy. Offer the person something that will make them remember you. If you don't, this person will forget about you in a few minutes (a painful truth).

Step 1: Identify your niche
Since you already know who your ideal client is and what niche you work in, you can change your bio now. For example, your bio might look like this (you can copy and use this text as you wish):
I help / offer / teach / show [the client] who [is struggling with a problem / does not know how / who wants] to achieve [effect XYZ].
For example: "I show young mothers how to turn a meal filled with stress and whining from a child into a pleasant family dinner." "I offer accommodation for young couples with a child in a luxurious apartment in the center with all the amenities. 4:00 a day."
Each of the BIO examples has a clearly defined customer, problem, and effect. How do you turn a formulated proposal into a BIO? Remember that you have a maximum of 150 characters. You should also work on clear formatting of the BIO text to make it easy to read. Divide it into parts, add emoticons that will enhance the message and attract the attention of a potential observer -> client.
Step 2: Apply account positioning in the Instagram search engine
A well-placed account will increase the number of views of your account in the Instagram search engine for specific keywords. Thanks to this, you have a better chance of being found by a potential observer.
STEP 3: Select a profile photo
The profile picture should be easy to remember and of high quality (not blurry, not too dark). Remember that BIO is your business card - it should look good.
STEP 4: Add a place
This is especially important if you are engaged in local service, it is worth adding the city from which you work. You can do this in the contacts settings/preferences (here you can add your email address, phone number, and location).
STEP 5: Develop interesting relationships
Not enough space in your bio? Use the highlighted relationships! Here you can tell more about yourself, take care of a good first impression and indicate what you offer your potential followers.
STEP 6: Photos on the feed
Your niche will more easily understand what you offer and follow you faster than if you publish a variety of content on different topics. Make sure your feed is a catalog of your company. Before you achieve this goal, you need to spend at least 9 posts on it. Only after so many "references" will a visitor to your account be able to understand what you offer.
