In life and in business, one should not live under illusions, but rather learn to accept reality. And now the whole world, except for some representatives of the aggressor country and its satellite countries, calls the events in Ukraine a war. This is our reality today. The enemy, in addition to destroying our military infrastructure, has another goal - to destroy our economy.

That is why business should be mobilized to the maximum extent possible to help our army and state. We have collected practical tips for small and medium-sized businesses that will be useful for everyone:

1. Take care of the safety of your loved ones and employees. If possible, transfer everyone to remote work. For those who are working in the workplace, do not ignore air raid warnings. Everyone should know where the nearest bomb shelter is.
2. If possible, pay taxes and utility bills, as the funds will go to the state budget for the needs of the army and social benefits.
3. Negotiate with your suppliers to defer unpaid invoices or set up a payment schedule. Do the same with your customers.
4. Check your sites: find out which country hosts your site (if your provider is Russian, you should immediately replace it with a Ukrainian or European one in order not to be a sponsor of the occupying army and not to have technical problems)
5. Optimize your spending on Google ads and Google shopping: review your target audience, campaign geography, ad copy
6. Keep your Facebook and Instagram pages more informative and free of entertainment content. Keep targeting to a minimum and set up ads with a click-through to the website or to applications.
7. Introduce free services where possible to help businesses recover and keep your employees engaged and improving their skills.
8. Look for new opportunities to enter foreign markets and find customers for your brand there.
